General Disconnection

If you suffer a disconnection during a game on the Casino website at bet365, please try to reconnect and reopen the game to complete it. Some games that require no further action may have completed when you were disconnected. Please check your account history to verify this. Games that are not completed within 48 hours may be closed.

Jackpot Games

Please note that all jackpot amounts displayed on the Casino website, are for information purposes only. The exact amount of any jackpot is displayed within the relevant game window once the game has been launched. The maximum winnings for a Jackpot game is €500,000 for any one stake/wager.

Live Bets

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information displayed to you on our live games website. Therefore, in the case of any dispute between the game result displayed on the website and the result in your game history, then the result in your game history shall prevail. bet365 is entitled to cancel any bets/wagers on any of the games at any time. Bets/wagers on Live Games may also be cancelled by the Live Dealer, for example in the event of a misdeal.

bet365 uses a range of third parties to provide its gaming on the bet365 website. bet365 reserves the right to review all gaming activity and refer any gameplay or wins to the relevant gaming provider prior to any payment being made. Where the gaming provider confirms a game error, display issue or malfunction following investigation, this will be deemed a game malfunction / error and will be voided.

enter, access or attempt to enter or access or otherwise bypass our security system or interfere in any way (including but not limited to, robots and similar devices) with the Online Casino or the Website or attempt to make any changes to the Software and/or any features or components thereof. You do not own the Software. The Software is owned and is the exclusive property of the licensor, a third party software provider company, (the "Software Provider"). The Software and accompanying documentation which have been licensed to us are proprietary products of the Software Provider and protected throughout the world by copyright law. Your use of the Software does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Software. This agreement applies only to the grant of the licence to use the Software.
