The European Consumer Centre Greece (ECC - Greece) works with the support of the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman [HCO], an Independent Authority of the public sector.
The ECC - Greece provides customers with information on their rights under European and national consumer legislation, in addition to offering advice and assistance on dealing with complaints and resolving disputes amicably. The ECC - Greece will not charge customers for use of the service.
You can view our Complaints Procedure here.
How does the ECC - Greece work?
Disputes are referred via a complaints form on which full details of the dispute should be provided. The form is available in Greek or English from the ECC - Greece.
Should the ECC be unable to help, customers will be redirected to other available bodies.
